With extreme sadness I found out that Paul Jackson, world renowned bassist, contributor to my book and friend since we met, just passed away today, March 18, 2021 in Japan. He had a profound influence on my bass playing and for so many of my fellow bassists. His last album with the Paul Jackson Trio focused on his strength as both a bassist and a singer. He will be missed by so many people. Of the videos he gave me to put up this has to be my favorite. Forever Groove PJACK! We will still be listening.
